ROOTSURE is currently in its Public Beta phase. During this period, document stamps are recorded on the Cardano Preview Testnet. Services are provided for evaluation purposes, and while cryptographically valid, they reside on a secondary network.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ROOTSURE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Description

ROOTSURE provides document integrity certification. When you upload a file, we store the original document and its cryptographic hash, anchoring the latter to the blockchain to provide an immutable proof of existence at a specific point in time.

3. Business and Enterprise Tiers

Access to our high-volume or specialized tiers (Business/Enterprise) requires the submission of valid fiscal and identification data. This includes, but is not limited to, Tax ID (CIF/NIF), billing address, and documentation proving legal representation of the entity. ROOTSURE reserves the right to verify this information before enabling these services.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of the files you certify. ROOTSURE acts as a technical provider of timestamps and does not validate the truthfulness of the content within certified documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

ROOTSURE is provided "as is" during the beta phase. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the blockchain or the temporary storage of your files.
