Choose the registration mode deliberately. Keep confidential information out of public metadata.
You can register a file without sending the original to Rootsure. Other modes send and store it according to your plan. Check the option you use and avoid private details in names or information that may be shown publicly. If you choose not to send the original and your plan does not support it, registration stops without uploading it.
Public lookup may show file names and other associated details. Avoid personal or confidential information. A public record is not deleted like an ordinary database entry.
Netlify handles this site's form submissions: name, email, optional company/role/volume, workflow description, selected case, source page and permitted campaign parameters. Do not include confidential documents or third-party personal data.
When configured on the public site, PostHog records page visits and separate inquiry and account-creation click signals with case, source and permitted campaign context. Automatic capture and session recording are disabled; form content, file hashes and API keys are excluded from these events. Local previews send no analytics. The MCP generator keeps your key in page memory without sending or storing it. Copying configuration puts the key on your clipboard.
Public lookup sends the digest to the API; the backend records technical access information. For data rights, retention or account-specific handling, use the inquiry form without sensitive data. Request operator details and applicable processing terms before adopting the service.
